{"id":149,"date":"2009-05-06T16:23:08","date_gmt":"2009-05-06T16:23:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.guamnesty.org.uk\/blog\/?p=149"},"modified":"2009-05-06T16:23:08","modified_gmt":"2009-05-06T16:23:08","slug":"minutes-of-agm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.guamnesty.org.uk\/2009\/05\/minutes-of-agm\/","title":{"rendered":"Minutes of AGM"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Hello all,<\/div>\n<div>\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Well we have a new committee:<\/div>\n<div>\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>President\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong>Ruth Hickin<\/div>\n<div><strong>Vice-President\/ Secretary<\/strong>\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0Megan Bailey (We didn&#8217;t get anyone nominated\/nominating themselves to be the\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0secretary but our new VP stepped up and will take on both roles.)<\/div>\n<div><strong>Treasurer<\/strong>\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0Doug Kerr<\/div>\n<div><strong>Fundraising Coordinator<\/strong>\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0Bella Kosmala<\/div>\n<div><strong>Publicity Officer\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong>Lea M Berninger<\/div>\n<div><strong>Website Coordinator\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong>Robert Hallam<\/div>\n<div><strong>Social Convener\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong>Claire Rooney<\/div>\n<div><strong>Ordinary Board Members\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong>(Once again we decided to have one more OBMs so we now have four)<\/div>\n<div>Andrew Rubens<\/div>\n<div>Jaqui Wilson<\/div>\n<div>Catriona Reilly<\/div>\n<div>Jonathan Grant<\/div>\n<div>\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>The new board will take over fully in September and the next couple of weeks will be a period of changeover, the last committee will ease the new committee into their new positions.<\/div>\n<div>\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>The last part of the meeting we discussed plans for winning the raise off:<\/div>\n<div>\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>So 17th May GLAMNESTY, Halt Bar- gonna be a great night so come and get some new clothes from us.<\/div>\n<div>\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>And we will be resurrecting our \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a31 appeal in the next few days. We just need each and every student to give us one pound to help secure Glasgow&#8217;s victory.
